Reality reels under the strain of the affliction you bare - Miseries occur on a 1-3 for the next d4 days.

Your fate bends as a distant star falls in on itself - you lose all Omens for d4 days.

Void energies deplete the material - you and anyone within 50ft of you lose 1 HP.

The farplane hungers and consumes mindlessly - All creatures you can see (excluding you) test Agility DR14, or take d6 damage from lashing black tendrils speckled in starlight.

Blistering sore form across your body in colours your eyes cannot fathom - become infected and attack/defend with DR13 for d4 days.

Your exact negative in another plane occupies the same space as you. You are both cancelled out of existence. You leave no trace. You never were.

Alien animalism pours through a tear in space - Test Presence DR12 as d4 wolf-like beings made of swirling blue and magenta galaxies enter the dying lands. On a success they consider you an ally and will fight alongside you. On a fail they are immediately hostile and will attack you! HP 13 Morale - Ethereal Bite D6.

Your weapon of choice is imbued with the energies of the cosmos - Deal +1 damage on all attacks with your currently equipped weapon. This effect stacks if you somehow roll it more than once!

Your body is imbued with the energies of the cosmos - Gain +1 Max HP for as long as you are afflicted with this condition. This effect stacks if you somehow roll it more than once!

Matter briefly loses all tangibility, allowing you to pass through any surface, creature, object etc... for 6 seconds - after which, anything you are currently overlapping in physical space is immediately destroyed. This has the potential to get you trapped under several feet of stone, or obiliterate any creature you share a space with.
